3Payments

We accept payment methods as indicated at checkout or by our technicians. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in these Terms.

4Service Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

4.1 No Guarantee of Results

While we use industry-standard techniques and equipment, upholstery cleaning results may vary depending on fabric type, age, prior damage, stain composition, and manufacturer specifications. We do not guarantee complete stain removal or restoration to original condition.

4.2 Pre-Existing Conditions

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, color fading, fabric weakness, or defects that become apparent or worsen during the cleaning process due to the condition of the material.

4.3 Limitation of Liability
