Popular Questions

Here we have collected the most frequently asked questions from our customers.

Are your products safe for kids and pets?

We use premium organic, hypoallergenic cleaning solutions that are fully safe for kids and pets. We also extract thoroughly, so there’s no soapy residue left behind. As a simple rule, keep kids and pets off the couch until it’s fully dry. If you have sensitivities or a newborn, tell us ahead of time and we’ll choose the gentlest, safest approach for your home and fabric.

What types of stains can you remove from my couch?

We handle most common stains as part of our stain removal process — coffee, wine, juice, food spills, marker and pen, grease/oil, makeup, and everyday “traffic” wear from heavy use. We also treat pet stains and odors. Results depend on fabric type, how old the stain is, and what was used on it before, but we can usually remove or noticeably fade most spots.

Can you remove dog or cat urine from a couch?

Yes — urine removal is possible in many cases. We can extract urine from the fabric and the upper layers of the cushion filling. If the cushion insert is deeply saturated and holding odor inside the core, cleaning may not fully solve it, and you may need to replace the filling/insert. We’ll be upfront about what’s realistic once we assess the couch.

Can you remove pet hair from a couch?

Yes — pet hair removal is available as an extra service. We can remove a lot, especially from visible surfaces and seams, but the final result depends on fabric type and the pet’s coat. If your dog has short, needle-like hair, we can’t guarantee 100% removal because it can weave into the fibers. We’ll still get it dramatically cleaner and more comfortable to sit on.

How much does couch cleaning in Charlotte cost?

We keep pricing simple with no hidden fees. Couch cleaning starts at $140 for a 2-seater, $160 for a 3-seater, $180 for a 4-seater, and $200 for a 5-seater. For larger sectionals, pricing is $280 for a 6–7 seater and $320 for an 8–9 seater.

Couch cleaning pricing in Charlotte depends on the size of the couch, the level of soiling, and any add-ons like pet odor removal or quick drying. We’ll give you a clear quote upfront before we start, with no surprise fees — so you know exactly what to expect.

How long does an upholstery cleaning take?

Most couch and cleaning appointments take about 1–2 hours. The exact time depends on the size of the sofa, how soiled it is, and whether you add extras like pet odor removal or a quick-dry option. We’ll confirm timing when we quote your job, so you can plan your day with confidence.

Can you remove every stain from my couch?

We can’t promise 100% stain removal. Results depend on the fabric, how old the stain is, and what products were used on it before. In most cases we can remove or noticeably fade around 90% of stains so they’re much less visible after the cleaning. We’ll always set expectations before we start and do our best effort.

How long does it take for the couch to dry?

On average, plan for 10–12 hours with normal room airflow. Dry time varies with fabric type, humidity, and how thick the cushions are. Need it faster? Our quick-dry option with air movers can reduce drying to about 3–4 hours in many cases, especially with good ventilation and AC/fans running. Most homes see it dry by morning.

What types of fabrics and furniture do you clean?

We clean most upholstery types, including microfiber, polyester, and many natural fabrics like cotton, linen, viscose, and wool. We also clean chairs, sectionals, recliners, area rugs, and mattresses. If you’re unsure about your fabric, send a photo and we’ll advise what’s safe, and what results to expect.

Is deep cleaning really necessary if my couch looks “okay”?

Even when a couch looks fine, it can still hold dust, allergens, bacteria, and pet dander deep in the fibers. Deep cleaning is basic hygiene for the spaces where your family sits, rests, and plays. It can also help with light odors and keep the fabric looking fresher longer between cleanings — especially in high-traffic homes.

Can I use DIY products before you come?

It’s better to avoid DIY sprays or home remedies before professional couch cleaning. Many products can set stains, leave sticky residue, or cause discoloration depending on the fabric. If you already tried something, no worries — just tell us what you used so we can adjust the stain removal approach and avoid surprises.
